Installation

Requirements#

• macOS
• Bun version 1.0 or later

Install Bun if it is not already available:

curl -fsSL https://bun.sh/install | bash

Open a new terminal after the installation so your updated PATH is loaded.

Install with Bun#

bun add -g nxtupdate

Install from npm#

npm install -g nxtupdate

The npm package still uses Bun as its runtime, so Bun must be installed for either method.

Verify the installation#

nxtupdate --version

Then launch the interactive interface:

nxtupdate
